Check the unit name and installed filter reference when selecting replacements.<\/p>\n<h2>What the filter set protects against<\/h2>\n<p>The set contains two G4 filters, rated ISO Coarse 60%: one for extract air and one for supply air. They capture coarse dust, lint and larger airborne particles and help protect the ventilation unit from dirt accumulation. G4 filters provide basic filtration; for improved fine-particle and pollen filtration, choose the compatible G4+F7 set.<\/p>\n<h2>Use and maintenance<\/h2>\n<p>The set contains two filters. Install the G4 extract filter on the extract-air side and the G4 supply filter on the outdoor-air intake side, following the unit instructions. Inspect filters regularly and replace them approximately every 3-6 months, or sooner when dirty, clogged or indicated by the unit. Replacement frequency depends on outdoor pollution, dust and operating conditions. Switch off the unit before replacement, fit both filters securely and reset the filter reminder according to the unit manual. Replace used filters rather than washing them.<\/p>\n<h2>Manufacturing quality<\/h2>\n<p>These are original Zehnder filters, supplied directly by Zehnder. Pleated media increase the available filtration surface. Plastic frames and sealing edges support a secure fit in the compatible cassette-filter holders.
